Notes about the Brokerage Participation List

• THE LIST: This list serves as a source of information for real estate licensees who want to find out if a brokerage office has a "Team Code" (see Help Q&A #207) or a "Pioneer Program ID" registered with HOMESmarketing, and as an exposure for brokerages who have been listed under our Pioneer Program.
• ACTIVATION IS FREE: There is an "Update" link associated with each brokerage's name on the list - A brokerage can use this link to ACTIVATE its participation in the Pioneer Program and begin to earn referral fee in accordance with the provisions of the Program, or to UPDATE its data registered with the Program.
• NEW REQUEST: If you do not see your name on the list but wish to submit your request to participate in the Pioneer Program (it's free for brokerages to join), please use this link: Request Participation.

Sort order of the list

Brokerages are listed in groups of state or province and in the following sort order:
Country Name >> State Code >> Brokerage Name >> Branch City of Brokerage
To find a specific Brokerage:
1. Scroll down to find your target country (Canada or United States) and state/province (2-letter abbreviation)
2. Then look for your desired brokerage by name.
