Conditions of Use of a Pass Code
(Version date: 2009-03-31.)

1. A Pass Code is valid for a period as prescribed at time of issuance or renewal, as the case may be ("validity period") and when used by the registered user ("Registered User") for advertisements of the Registered User's own.

2. During the validity period, the Registered User may post unlimited number of USER EDITABLE CLASSIFIED ADVERTISEMENTS on the HOMESmarketing.com system ("this website") at no extra cost. "User Editable Classified Advertisements" are defined as classified advertisements of which the creation, modification, renewal or cancellation (deletion) may be carried out online by the Registered User without the involvement of any work of the staff of this website.

3. The Registered User can choose to run a new ad, or to renew any of his or her existing ads, for any available durations predefined for that particular ad type.

4. The Registered User must not use the Pass Code to post advertisements other than of the Registered User's own. In addition, the posting and maintenance of advertisements on this website is subject to the Terms of Use of this website. Ads that are in breach of this clause are defined as "unauthorized advertisements". The Registered User hereby agrees that violation under this clause will automatically render the Pass Code being revoked and all unauthorized advertisements removed from this website without any compensation to the Registered User.

5. A Pass Code is not transferable. However, change of company name only is allowed and may be done for an administration fee, which is subject to change and will be quoted upon request. (For information only, the current fee is USD15.00 or CAD15.00 plus applicable taxes.)

6. The issuance and use of a Pass Code are subject to the conditions displayed herein, and to any amendments that may be announced on this website from time to time. The Registered User accepting and making use of a Pass Code hereby unconditionally accepts these conditions.

7. If a Pass Code is issued in conjunction with any special offer of this website, terms of that special offer shall also apply. In the event discrepancies are found between the two sets of terms, the terms contained herein shall prevail.
