If you need to advertise frequently (like a real estate licensee), your paid subscription comes with a unique Pass Code that would allow you to post unlimited number of user editable classified ads on the system at no extra cost, until Dec 31, 2016.

B. Cash rewards from HOMESmarketing

Once you became a Subscriber to the Pioneer Program, you can refer other individuals or entities to join the Program. The new participant will be entitled to pay at discount rate and you will receive referral fee from HOMESmarketing. Referral fees are paid in the following manners throughout the term of this Program (Note#):

#Note: Register a brokerage to the Program under your name and you'll receive referral fee in cash out of the new subscribers of all licensees of the entire brokerage (referral fees are payable to you as an Indirect Referrer). Brokerage offices can join the Program for free.
