The Pioneer Program is part of HOMESmarketing's promotional campaigns aiming to improve the system's popularity. If you need to advertise frequently (like a real estate licensee), your paid subscription comes with a unique Pass Code that would allow you to post unlimited number of user editable classified ads on the system at no extra cost, until Dec 31, 2016.

B. Cash rewards from HOMESmarketing
Once you became a Subscriber to the Pioneer Program, you can refer other individuals or entities to join the Program. The new participant will be entitled to pay at discount rate and you will receive referral fee from HOMESmarketing. Referral fees are paid in the following manners throughout the term of this Program (Note#):

(1) the Direct Referrer will receive 20% referral fee.
(2) the Indirect Referrer will receive 10% referral fee.
#Note: Introduce and register a real estate brokerage to the Program under your name and you'll receive referral fee in cash out of the new subscribers of all licensees of the entire brokerage (referral fees are payable to you as an Indirect Referrer). Brokerage offices can join the Program for free.

One-Off Subscription Fee

Regular fee:
USD 100.00 or CAD 100.00
• You need pay your fee only once and your subscription to the Program is valid up to Dec 31, 2016.
• Canadian subscribers subject to applicable Canadian taxes.
• Subject to change without prior notice.
